Kim Jordan

Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC-S) Trauma therapist

After retiring from 20 years of dedicated services to the United States Army, Kim Jordan founded Emotional Care, LLC an agency that provides trauma therapy, educational workshops, individual, group and family counseling services while partnering with leaders within the community.  Kim also provides Spiritual and Mental Health coaching for those who need something less than clinical counseling.

Emotional Care, LLC is a vision God has given her to help others overcome the atrocities of life, releasing them to live a deeper, delivered, and more connected relational life with God.

Kim received her Masters of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Ashland Theological Seminary in Ashland, Ohio, and a Master of Arts in Human Services Counseling from Regent University.

She is a trained EMDR and trauma-informed IFS therapist providing therapeutic healing from traumatic events.  Her passion is in ministering to the emotionally and psychologically broken, especially within God’s kingdom; and helping others develop a more intimate relationship with God.

She is employed with the Department of Veteran Affairs where she provides treatment to veterans who struggle with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and Military Sexual Trauma (MST).  She is also a counselor of first responders with the Ohio Assist program.
